    • Not exactly hiding, Jeremy, but dealing with some health issues I’m afraid. Hope everything is well in NYC! Must be heavenly in spring (and loud too). Happy baking.

      I’m making spelt baguettes at the moment…will post about them shortly!

      • I spoke too soon, the baguettes were gone before I could blog about them. THere is always the next spelt baguette I hope.
