Not sure. Easter bread? I did recognize the Colomba di Pasqua, which AFAIK is made from a yeasted starter over three or more stages, also a sweet Easter bread.
But the sandwiches…why isn’t every bakery in Europe making these? And the endless pizza…etc etc

Wow, das ist ja wirklich beeindruckend. Bei den Pizze und belegten Broten wird mit guten und frischen Zutaten ja wirklich nicht gespart.
