Ottolenghi’s wild rice salad
This is a fragrant salad made with a wild rice mix, apricots, rocket, mint and lemon juice. I added some crushed Sichuan pepper as well. Delicious. Link to recipe

Hi there! I’m so glad to have stumbled upon your blog, although I’m not even sure how I got here. Your breads are gorgeous- hearty, European-style loaves, are right up my alley. Anyways, I thought I should comment on this particular post because after debating what to make for tonight’s dinner with what was already in the fridge and cupboards (namely, rocket and wild rice) I came across this. How perfect! I’ll be sure to keep checking in from time to time. -Siri

Hi Siri,
thanks. Please do. The salad has a nice fruitiness to it without being too much on the sweet side, I think. I was bit less liberal with the lemon juice than the recipe said, better start with a few drops.
